Responsibilities:

• Manage customer issues taking changing priorities and SLA into consideration.
• Promote detailed communication and sharing of information among overall Technical Support and Engineering Support organizations.
• Take ownership for, and respond to client escalations as appropriate.
• Assist in driving overall infrastructure initiatives
• Be an example and a technical resource to the team.
• Develop project proposals.
• Resolve issues in a timely manner.

Desired Skills:

• Any graduate or post-graduate.
• Should possess strong analytical and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
• Candidates with working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and the basics of SQL queries will be preferred.
• Willing to work in night shifts.
