IPEM UG Campus, Ghaziabad, Management Department organized an Alumni Guest Lecture on “Adoption of Change Management as per Current Market” from 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM Via Zoom Platform by hybrid Mode for BBA, B.com & MBA students dated 3^rd November 2022. The objective of this lecture was to introduce the adoption of change management as per the current market. Our resource person was Mr. Anuj Kumar Jha, Batch (2008-11) an Alumni of IPEM College. He informed the students about the change in the market scenario and their methodology is acquired.  Further, he shared his experiences with IPEM. Overall, the session was very informative. Students participated enthusiastically in this lecture. A total of 60 students participated in the lecture.
