On 14th September 2019, the Institute of Professional Excellence & Management (IPEM) in collaboration with Ghaziabad Management Association (GMA) hosted the ENTREPRENEURSHIP CONCLAVE where distinguished visionaries and professionals, who are currently spearheading the start-up and reputed organization in India, shared their own experiences and struggles in the industry to the students.

The Programme started with the Lamp Lighting Ceremony by all Dignitaries Mr. Anupam Goel (Secretary), Director General Col (Dr.) A.S.Malhotra, Dean Academics (Dr.) Sugandha Goel, Director Law Academy Prof. (Dr.) B.P.Singh Sehgal, Principal and Chief Guests as well as Eminent Speakers Chairman ASSOCHAM (National Council of Start-Up) Mr. Anil Khaitan, Mr. Vinay Gupta (Executive Director of Ghaziabad Mgt Association), Mr. Bimal Jain (Chairman of Management Advisory Board of IPEM), Ms. Gunjan Singh(Founder of junglemonk.com).

The complete event was divided into mainly three sessions

In the first Session, Dignitaries shared their experiences and suggested the students to prepare themselves for today’s industry by focusing on Vision, Understanding, Clarity and Agility which is also required to thrive in a treacherous VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity) world.

In the Second Session, Start-Up Expo was organized to provide a platform for early-stage start-ups and students entrepreneur to showcase their products & services. Students from different colleges took part with great zeal and enthusiasm.

Post lunch, Business Plan Competition was organized in which more than 15 teams participated from different Colleges and presented their Business Plan.

The conclave received an overwhelming response and was attended by Management Students of the College and Students from different Colleges.
