Centre for Teacher Education (CTE), IPEM organized the Guest Lecture on “Career after B.Ed.: Job Opportunities in Government and Private Sector” by Prof. Sarika Sharma (Dean, School of Education, Director, IQAC, Central University of Haryana) on the 28^th Sep 2021 for B.Ed. 2^nd Year students. The lecture was conducted on Microsoft Teams Platform. A total of 80 students participated. The session was very informative. Prof. Sharma discussed:

• Various opportunities after B.Ed. in both sectors (Government. & Private)
• Skills, Qualifications & Job Profile required for those posts.
• Challenges to be faced by a teacher during the job at school.

The students also discussed their doubts regarding SWOT during the teaching profession.
