Professor and Head of the Computer Science department at Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He has about 18 years of experience in teaching and research.
He is in the field of Computer Science for more than three decades. He obtained Masters’s degree in Physics in 1986 from Garhwal University (now HNB Garhwal University), Srinagar (Garhwal) and M. Phil. degree in Computer Applications in 1988 from the University of Roorkee (now IIT, Roorkee), Roorkee. He received Ph. D. in Computer Science from Gurukula Kangri Vishwavidyalaya, Haridwar in 2001.
Dr. Bhatia has taught several papers on Computer Science at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. His research interests include Distributed Systems, Mobile Ad-hoc Networks, Digital Image Processing and Machine Learning. He has attended several National/ International conferences, chaired several technical sessions and presented research papers at conferences.
DPV is a Professor in the School of Computer and Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, India. Dr. Vidyarthi has published more than 120 research papers in various International Journals and Transactions (including IEEE, Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, World Scientific, etc.) and around 50 research papers in the proceedings of various peer-reviewed Conferences in India and abroad.
