QUIZOHILIC

IPEM Computer Application Club organized an activity “Quizohilic”, on 22^nd January 2022 (Saturday). The purpose of this motion was to expand the general knowledge about current affairs. It was a quiz competition in which websites namely www.quizizz.com & Microsoft Teams were used for the online quiz activity. Judgment was done on the basis of accuracy and maximum right answers. Students enjoyed the competition and get to know about politics, pandemics, etc. The Activity was carried out under the guidance of Convener Mr. Surendra and well-coordinated by Mr. Shivoham Tiwari. A total of 166 students from various Departments of IPEM such as Management, Computer Applications, and CTE participated in the Activity. All the students participated with great enthusiasm. The winners of the activity were Mr. Manvendra (First Position), Ms. Anuradha Patel (Second Position), and Ms. Poonam Singh (Third Position).

Activity Title: Quizohilic – Evaluation of General Knowledge of the Students

Purpose and Objective: The purpose of this competition was to judge and evaluate the General Knowledge of the students. This competition helped students to improve their knowledge about politics, sports etc.

Themes: Republic Day, Pandemic and General Knowledge

• Total 30 minutes were to complete the task

• The Quizohilic activity was online.

• Respective faculty have given suggestions for further Improvement.

Outcomes & Objectives Achieved:

• Firstly students improved their general knowledge about pandemics, politics, etc.
• This activity will help them to develop an understanding and knowledge of current affairs.

Observation & Shortcomings:

• Students need to improve their general knowledge.
• Students are still at a novice level in terms of current affairs.

Recommendation for Future Improvements:

• We need to encourage more of our students for better performance.

• We need to give more opportunities to our students to participate in such types of competitions so that students can be more confident.
