The Department of Computer Applications organized a workshop on “Node JS” on 12-6-2021 (Saturday) via the Zoom platform.  Students of BCA 2nd Year and BCA 3rd year participated in this workshop. Mr. Kuldeep Gupta, a Subject Matter Expert, at IBM conducted this workshop. The workshop accorded total participation of 104. The purpose of this workshop was to make students familiar with the latest technology which would help them to grab better jobs in the competitive job market. The objective of this workshop was to prepare students for placement drives. The students had a hands-on experience with Node JS.

• Node JS introduction and network architecture
• Socket.io and building an interface
• Setup server and script
• Hands-on building local server chatbox
